Best Jewels at the Vogue Foundation Dinner 2018

There were a bevy of beauties at the fifth edition of the Vogue Foundation at the Palais Galleria  in Paris (July 3rd). The dinner/gala was to raise funds for contemporary collections and to display major donations to the Palais Galleria(the city’s museum).

MANDY MOORE: Mandy has certainly been making the rounds at couture week. We first saw her front row at Schiaparelli and now the ‘This Is Us‘ star is dazzling us with silver and diamonds. Her sequin Ralph Lauren dress was topped off with a sparkling High Jewelry diamond necklace from Chopard which if you remember was seen first on Kendall Jenner who wore the diamond and sapphire version.Mandy Moore at the Vogue Foundation Dinner 2018Mandy Moore at the Vogue Foundation Dinner 2018Mandy Moore at the Vogue Foundation Dinner 2018VITTORIA CERETTI: One of our favorite jewelry looks at the event came from model Vittoria Ceretti who wore head to toe Alexander McQueen. The stunning beauty wore one-half of the Iris Asymmetrical earrings shown below. The model wore two very different earrings at the event both from Alexander’s FW RTW collection. The Baroque stick pearl earring has been quite popular amongst the celebs with Lady Gaga and Cate Blanchett all donning the earring at various red carpet events. JEWELS FROM THE RUNWAY: Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 Couture

Is smoking passé? Not if Jean Paul Gaultier has anything to do with it.  We would expect nothing less from the rebellious designer’s new Fall-Winter collection which was aimed at breaking all the rules, advocating for freedom of expression and versatility across all genders. Don’t forget this is the man who first put men in skirts on the runway in the ’80s.

Models rocked braided locks of hair hanging from singular hoop earrings and ear cuffs that resembled oversized ear piercings. Necklaces and bracelets were decorated with glowing acrylic cigarettes and logo chokers were shown with flashy rhinestone and chain bib necklaces.  Regardless if you love to smoke or not – he did feature a gauze mask with the glittery words that read ‘No Smoking’ for all you antismokers out there, you have to admit that Jean Paul put a clever and kitschy spin on the traditional cigarette.Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureJean Paul Gaultier Fall 2018 CoutureSupermodel Naomi Campbell made an appearance at the show and we were dazzled by the stunning yellow and white diamond bauble on her ring finger from Ara Vartanian (similar to the one shown below.)
