DAILY DAZZLER: Rihanna – Stance X Clara Lionel Foundation Event

Rihanna and her jewelry game never disappoints us. Here the philanthropist attended an event on June 6th for her Clara Lionel Foundation with Stance -a sock company. The singer partnered and designed two socks and all proceeds went to her foundation.

The songstress and actress in the ‘Ocean’s 8′ movie wore two amazing aquamarine necklaces. A huge rectangle cut aquamarine and diamond pendant from Gem Palace and a jaw-dropping aquamarine and diamond statement necklace from David Webb Jewelry. Rihanna is always a die-hard Chopard fan. She chose an 18K white gold ring with a 5.11 carat pear-shaped aquamarine with pave white diamonds, amethyst and tanzanite.Rihanna Stance x CLF event

She also wore a huge aquamarine cocktail ring – 86 carats worth from Spallanzani. The astounding ring made of white gold, diamonds and aquamarines is called the ‘Anello Blue Lagoon‘ ring.

JEWELS FROM THE RUNWAY: Gucci Cruise 2019

Alessandra Michelle’s vision for the 2019 Cruise collecton for Gucci extended to the inevitability of death. “The inspiration is an ossuary, the crypts of the cardinals, of the monks in the 15th century, and the precious decorations,” -Gucci quoted Michele on Instagram. “This idea is that everything that is linked to the afterlife is accompanied by something of maximum beauty. It’s the idea of death as fascination.”

The show displayed velvet rosary chokers, oversized cross earrings which resembled stain glass windows, tiered embellished shell earrings and large block rings – some spelling out the word ‘Deus’ – which is latin for God. The standout piece in the collection? Brooches and earrings festooned with  scarabs – a symbol of new life and regeneration.
