We expect over-the-top moments for the Grammys and this year did not disappoint. From a $3 million dollar “Bejewelled” moment to a candy store of colored stones, we’re breaking down the best jewelry looks to hit this year’s Grammy red carpet.

JENNIFER LOPEZ: One thing’s for sure, we can always expect a dazzling diamond red carpet moment from JLO, and boy did she deliver! The presenter’s layered Bulgari necklaces – including the iconic Serpenti design – featured over 155 carats of diamonds which she wore with a pair of Serpenti white gold earrings set with 24 blue sapphires and stacked on diamond and sapphire rings reportedly worth over $150K.
KACEY MUSGRAVES: This country cutie had us tickled pink with her choice of Nicole Rose Jewelry’s morganite, double diamond Halo ring, and emerald cut morganite and round diamond Halo studs.
TAYLOR SWIFT: Better believe she’d be bejeweled for the Grammys! Our favorite Grammy earrings of the night went to Taylor Swift and her divine Lorraine Schwartz kite-shaped dazzlers featuring over 136 carats of natural purple sapphires, Paraiba tourmalines, and diamonds. She paired the statement stunners with sapphire and diamond rings. Not only were the jewels a nod to her album “Midnights” but they cost a cool $3 million!
CARDI B: The Bronx native’s sculptural Gaurav Gupta gown wasn’t the only statement-making item she wore on the Grammys red carpet. So were her Messika High Jewelry Starry Night earrings mixed with a Roaring Diamonds bracelet and Sirenetta ring.
QUEEN LATIFAH: Latifah’s only pop of color came courtesy of the intense green-blue color of the two pear Paraiba tourmalines -18.98 carats -dangling from her diamond Bulgari High Jewelry earrings.
SHANIA TWAIN: While most of you were seeing spots thanks to Twain’s white and black sequin Harris Reed suit, we, on the other hand, were seeing carats and lots of them! The country legend dripped in diamonds – courtesy of Messika Jewelry.
CHARLI D’AMELIO: Who else wore Messika diamonds? TikTok sensation Charli D’Amelio! Our favorite part of her look was her Move XXL hoops which were on par with the oversize earring trend of the night.
DOJA CAT: Did Doja ditch the diamonds? Why yes and we’re glad because her sculptural resin-coated enamel Serpent hoops from Panconesi suited her skin-tight black latex Atelier Versace mermaid gown. The result: Gothic glam at its best.
ADELE: She may have skipped the red carpet but Adele more than made up for it with her Tiffany & Co. Schlumberger Sea Fan earrings, Tiffany Victoria mixed cluster tennis bracelet, and rings in platinum and yellow gold with diamonds.
Fun fact – if the earrings look familiar – Lady Gaga wore them to the “House of Gucci” premiere in 2021.
PARIS HILTON: The Hilton heiress glittered in a pair of $55k Neil Lane Couture earrings featuring 52 pear-shaped natural-colored diamonds in hues of orange, yellow, and brown.
COCO JONES: The “Bel Air” star was as golden as a Grammy, complete with a pair of Jacob & Co. Luster earrings featuring 200 baguette-cut diamonds designed to sway with the lucky lady’s every movement.
ANITTA: Anitta has been faithfully rocking the iconic blue box jeweler on many red carpets. This time the Brazilian singing sensation wore a Tiffany & Co. kunzite pendant of over 12 carats surrounded by diamonds paired with diamond hoop earrings, a Tiffany Victoria Cluster tennis bracelet, and several rings by the famed jewelry company.
LOURDES: Leave it to Lourdes to channel her inner Material Girl with a diamond cross necklace and drop earrings from her mom Madonna’s favorite jeweler: Loree Rodkin.
CAMILA CABELLO: Cabello brought pearl power to the Grammys not only with her custom PatBo dress complete with an intricate pearl encrusted bra but also with over $90k worth of Mikimoto pearl and diamond earrings and rings!
BEYONCE: Bey’s Lorraine Schwartz pendant earrings featured six diamonds totaling over 70 carats! Did we expect anything less from Queen B? No. We definitely expected that she’d wear a stunning Lorraine Schwartz creation for her moment in music history.
MEGAN FOX: Fox flashed a fistful of cocktail rings from celeb jeweler Lorraine Schwartz including a 6-carat oval diamond ring, a 10-carat emerald-cut diamond ring, and a 15-carat pear- shape diamond ring. But those aren’t the only diamonds she wore on her fingers. The actress sported a white gold and diamond nail set by Marrow x Nails of LA featuring 150 tiny diamonds in the shape of crosses.
LAVERNE COX: Cox served up gilded Grammy glamour thanks to her Al Zain, Mara Paris, and POCHÉ jewels. The Midas touch to her outfit was her $17,500 18k yellow gold Ilene Joy custom choker with organic hanging leaves.
LIZZO: Another hot jewelry trend at this year’s Grammy awards – crosses! Lizzo wore a vintage Dolce & Gabbana silver crystal encrusted cross rosary necklace from Paume Los Angeles during her epic Grammy performance.
KIM PETRAS: Who else sported a cross? Kim Petras! The Best Pop Duo Grammy winner alongside Sam Smith sported a gold granite cross necklace wrapped around her ankle! She topped off her red hot look with an oversized Lanvin crystal necklace from the Fall 2012 runway show. Both epic pieces are from Paume Los Angeles.
While the 2023 Grammys are usually all about the ladies and their dazzling diamond gems the men certainly made a gem-worthy statement at this year’s event. Here are some of our red carpet favorites:
JAY-Z: One of the hottest jewelry trends of the night that was spotted on the men in attendance of music’s biggest night was the brooch! Jay-Z pinned a Tiffany & Co. Schlumberger amethyst and diamond Bird on a Rock brooch with a pink sapphire eye to the lapel of his shiny tux.
KENDRICK LAMAR: The Best Rap Album winner took an unconventional approach with his jewels and affixed several brooches – Paloma Picasso’s “Scribble” and “Gold” Graffiti pins as well as a 1970s cross design set with diamonds, emeralds, and sapphires from the Tiffany archives to his LA baseball cap. He also sported a Rolex Oyster Perpetual “Tiffany” watch on his wrist and a pair of platinum and diamond Soleste stud earrings in his ears.
OMAR APOLLO: The American singer-songwriter and Best New Artist nominee wore a whopping eight pieces of Cartier jewelry including the brand’s iconic Love bracelet, d’Amour earrings, and Santos de Cartier watch.
LIL UZI VERT: Another hot jewelry trend among the men on the Grammy red carpet was the diamond necklace. The rapper wore an attention-grabbing diamond-encrusted Bulgari iconic Serpenti necklace with emerald eyes.
MACHINE GUN KELLY: Kelly rocked a crystal embellished harness from Dolce & Gabanna that he paired with a cocktail ring from Kallati and several earrings from Stephen Webster Jewellery.
TREVOR NOAH: How could you not miss the Grammy host’s Deco-inspired 18K white gold, emerald, onyx, and diamond Cartier High Jewelry brooch against Trevor’s cream-colored suit jacket? Just divine!
STEVE LACY: The most blinged-out brooch award went to Steve Lacy and his Yves Saint Laurent rhinestone lattice work shield brooch with pearl drop detail. The piece gave just the right amount of rock n’ roll glam to the Gemini Rights artist.
SEBASTIAN YATRA: The Colombian singer decked himself out in Panthere de Cartier jewels. Our favorite piece has to be his necklace which is set with 3 emeralds and 257 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling 6.20 carats.
