It came as no surprise that Kylie announced a billionaire themed Kylie Cosmetics collection to celebrate her 22nd birthday. After all, it is a nod to Forbes naming her the youngest self-made billionaire earlier this year.
The Kardashian mogul hit Instagram to announce the money-themed collection while dripping in diamond jewels worth around $17,000. Jenner sported a custom blinged out KYLIE choker from jeweler Lillian Shalom who has created some of the best sculptural rings spotted on the fingers of Erykah Badu and Janet Jackson. 
The makeup guru also sported an 18K yellow gold Lunar cuff from Marco Bicego that costs $8,480.00
