The pattern dates back to their couple debut at the David di Donatello Awards on May 7, 2025, when Kylie teased the pinkie diamond in a personal Instagram video alongside her Schiaparelli hand earring ‘with an engagement ring’ joke, yet notably did not wear it on the red carpet.
