This isn’t the first celeb Neuwirth has designed an engagement ring for, remember Mandy Moore? Her fiancé proposed to her with a gorgeous custom Irene Neuwirth ring featuring a round-cut diamond on a rose gold band.

Vanessa wore two yellow gold necklaces with diamond G and Gigi and a diamond and white gold KOBE ring, custom jewels that pay tribute to the legacy and memories of her late husband, Kobe, and daughter Gianna ‘Gigi’ Bryant.

Well, it looks like she added another piece to her collection. This time a super-exclusive signed pendant from none other than British punk rock designer Vivienne Westwood from her – get this – 1994 collection! According to Page Six, the pendant is extremely rare and is no longer made. Westwood also released a line of graphic T-shirts adorned with the same vagina motif that have since been displayed in museums; one of the rare tops will easily set you back over $2,000! We can only wonder what Miley’s pendant is worth! $$$$
