The event which netted $600,000 for AIDS research saw the likes of models Cindy Bruna and Petra Nemcova don their best jewels for such a worthy cause.
CINDY BRUNA: The French model wore an eye-catching one of a kind candy-colored gem necklace from de Grisogono. The sapphire choker is comprised of a rainbow of 49 electric colored sapphires surrounded by 4,000 smaller pave set ones and interspersed with diamonds. 
ANGELA LINDVALL: Angela stuck with an emerald tone for her jewels that night. The model sported a green tourmaline ring by Vianna B.R.A.S.I.L and wore Ingie Paris emerald cluster ribbon earrings with stone details. Thoughts on the jewelry look – do you love or hate it?
CAROLINE DAUR: These stunning diamond fringe earrings from Chopard – a co-sponsor at the event have graced the ears of Cate Blanchett and Julianne Moore at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. The rising German blogger and actress paired hers with a lacy black frock and a handful of gold bangles.
PETRA NEMCOVA: We can always count on Petra to wear Chopard to any red carpet event. The model who went for a sustainable fashion look wore a green and blue Ronald Van Der Kemp dress from repurposed silk and satin crepe and topped off her look with a pair of sapphire earrings made with 100% ethical gold from Chopard.

GUO PEI: If you don’t remember Guo Pei then maybe this little tidbit will refresh your memory… she is the designer of Rihanna’s golden and much talked about confection at the 2015 Met Ball and that look put her on the international map. We are always excited to see what Guo Pei comes up with and her Fall 2018 couture collection did not disappoint. Only showcasing earrings, the jewels themselves were miniature works of art. Inspired by Gothic architecture primarily churches and their silhouettes, one can see elements of a stained glass window and domes from a cathedral, all seemingly spun together with threads. Truly magical. 
VITTORIA CERETTI: One of our favorite jewelry looks at the event came from model Vittoria Ceretti who wore head to toe Alexander McQueen. The stunning beauty wore one-half of the Iris Asymmetrical earrings shown below. 
ASHLEY GRAHAM: Ashley also donned McQueen jewels. The model wore two very different earrings at the event both from Alexander’s FW RTW collection. The Baroque stick pearl earring has been quite popular amongst the celebs with 
AMBER VALLETTA: Amber was stunning in YSL right down to her jewels. The model who by the way does not seem to age wore Saint Laurent’s Smoking grommet bracelets and one-half of the brand’s Smoking asymmetrical earrings.
OLIVIA PALMERO: What’s the best way to liven up a classic white suit? Add white diamonds! You couldn’t miss Olivia’s showstopping diamond drop earrings that were by Henri J. Sillam. 
EUGENIE NIARCHOS: We just had to include Eugenie and her colorful Venyx jewels. We only wished that we had an upclose picture of her earrings to show you and yes, Eugenie is the designer behind Venyx jewelry brand.
