The ‘Yomeddine’ premiere brought out the likes of Julianne Moore, Irina Shayk and Nieves Alvarez on its red carpet yesterday evening.
JULIANNE MOORE: Now this is how you spruce up a YSL black dress! The electric paraiba tourmaline and white diamond pendant necklace from Chopard could be seen a mile away! The amazing necklace was co-designed by Julianne and Chopard Co-President and Artistic Director, Caroline Scheufele. Julianne adorned the rest of her red carpet ensemble with matching diamond ear studs and two diamond rings.
IRINA SHAYK: The Russian supermodel gave life to her plunging black Twinset gown with a stunning suite of earrings and a matching necklace of pear-shaped emeralds surrounded with diamonds from Chopard’s Green Carpet collection. 
NIEVES ALVAREZ: Nieves is a staple on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet. The actress and model chose a diamond collar necklace from Bulgari with mother-of-pearl details to accompany her black Alberta Ferretti gown.
LOUISE BOURGOIN: French actress Louise Bourgoin caught our eye with her unique medieval-inspired silver shield Elie Top necklace. On closer inspection, we noticed the center of the medallion contained astrological signs that were surrounded by what we think are symbols of the four seasons. Whatever it may be, Louise has the most unusual necklace from Day 1 at the Cannes Film Festival so far.

ROMEE STRIJD: You can always spot a de Grisogono jewelry piece at a red carpet event. The Victoria Secret stunner wore a jaw dropping one-of-a-kind 42-carat pear cut diamond blue sapphire and white diamond necklace. 
PENELOPE CRUZ: Penelope’s black Chanel dress with flower and frill details was accented with diamond and ruby drop earrings and a ring from Swarovski Atelier. Thoughts on her red carpet look?
LEA SEYDOUX: Lea looked like a goddess on the Cannes red carpet. As a jury member of the festival and Boucheron ambassador, the actress wore a diamond leaf motif ear climber and a three-finger statement ring from their newest High Jewelry collection, Nature Triomphante. 
AVA DUVERNAY: The Wrinkle in Time director is also a jury member along with Kristen Stewart and Lea Seydoux. Ava wore an embellished mint green pastel Prada gown with gem details at the collar. Her Zelda earrings from Messika are a little too long for our liking. What we adore though is her gorgeous Messika four-row diamond bracelet.
