Whenever there’s an amfAR gala you know there is gonna be some major sparkle on the red carpet!
KELSEA BALLERINI: Kelsea decided to take a cue from Jane Fonda a la 2017 Emmys and wear her diamond sautoir necklace in 18K down her back. She paired the dramatic $24,500 necklace with earrings by Bez Ambar and an openwork diamond bracelet all from Beladora Jewelry.

BAR RAFAELI: Bar kept things simple with large geometric shaped gold and white diamond earrings by Lorraine Schwartz.
DUCKIE THOT: The Australian model brought a shot of color to the amfAR carpet. Emerald and diamond earrings and statement ring from Lynn Ban matched perfectly to her ivy covered gown.

LAIS RIBEIRO: Only Chopard diamond jewels would do for Lais’ amfAR red carpet look.

NICKY HILTON ROTHSCHILD: Nicky brought out the bling! Paris Hilton’s sis dazzled in some serious sparkle from Jacob & Co. Hmmm perhaps a little too much sparkle. We would ditch the necklace.

DELILAH BELLE: Lisa Rinna’s daughter also wore jewels from Jacob & Co. Somehow we find Delilah’s jewelry picks much more suitable for her red carpet look than Nicky’s. Don’t you agree?

ALESSANDRA AMBROSIO: Anyone else feeling a major 80s vibe from Alessandra ? Not only does her keyhole cut out on her velvet dress add to the eighties mood but also her oversized gold interlocking earrings by Lorraine Schwartz.

CHANEL IMAN: We get that Chanel was trying to match her jewels to her dress but somehow this jewelry look doesn’t seem to work for us. Huge diamond yellow gold mesh chandeliers combined with the necklace all from Lorraine Schwartz seemed a little garish in color against Chanel’s lighter lemon yellow gown.
KAROLINA KURKOVA: We love absolutely everything about this Ana Khouri jewelry look that Karolina Kurkova sported to the event right down to the tiny bit of sparkle from the jewelry designer’s signature diamond ear cuff.
Alex Pall & Andrew Taggart of The Chainsmokers: So who had the best jewels of the night? These guys right here. Alex pinned on an antique Edwardian diamond brooch in platinum and Andrew wore a carved floral emerald cabochon pin accented in a Deco design suspended from an openwork diamond-set poniard motif top. Both brooches were from Beladora and have a combined worth of $20,000.

CLAIRE FOY:Â The Crown star kept things simple with diamond ear cuffs and ring from Ana Khouri.
CONSTANCE WU: Pink diamond earrings and ring from Lorraine Schwartz matched effortlessly with Wu’s hand beaded pink gown.

ALLISON JANNEY: Allison had us doing a double take with all her Neil Lane diamond jewels she had on. We’re especially eyeing that fabulous ruffled Deco cuff.

JULIA GARNER: The Ozark star wore diamond flower earrings with blackened gold and baguette stems from Beladora Jewelry.

CHRISSY TEIGEN: Another star in all white Chrissy sparkled Old Hollywood style with a stunning pair of diamond hoops by Jaipur Gems. A diamond ring by Yeprem completed her look.

MAGGIE GYLLENHAAL: We just adored Maggie’s mix of earrings from Bulgari.

ANNA PAQUIN: The Alias Grace star wowed us with her antique diamond and pearl collar and matching chandelier earrings from Neil Lane.

AMANDLA STENBERG: We love the asymmetrical combination of Amandla’s single diamond Anita Ko earring mixed in with Graziela Gems’ gold fringe chain one. Stacks of gold rings from Jennifer Fisher, Jennifer Meyer, Foundrae and Jacquie Aiche made this jewelry look stand out.
LADY GAGA: Gaga who had two huge wins wore a classic pair of diamond stud earrings from Djula Jewelry.
LUCY BOYNTON: Delicate pink sapphire, amethyst and yellow diamond floral stud earrings and rings from Niwaka Collections were the perfect accompaniment to Lucy’s frilly Gucci gown.

KIRBY HOWELL-BAPTISTE: We love it when jewelry risks pay off. Dena Kemp’s cascading diamond earring combined with the jewelry designer’s ear cuff made for a magical mix on Kirby Howell-Baptiste.

POPPY DELEVIGNE: The intensity of those blue topaz stones on Poppy’s Kallati earrings had us mesmerized.
GEMMA CHAN: Ruby and diamond rope earrings paired with a diamond baguette ear cuff from Anita Ko complemented her floral Wu gown.
