Days two & three of the 2022 Cannes Film Festival brought forth the premieres of ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ and ‘Armageddon Time’ and stars like Viola Davis, Julia Roberts, and Anne Hathaway brought their jewelry A-game to the star-studded red carpet!

AT THE ‘TOP GUN: MAVERICK’ PREMIERE:
VIOLA DAVIS: At first, we thought Viola’s only jewel was a vibrant Boucheron hummingbird cocktail ring complete with 35-carat yellow beryl paved with sapphires and diamonds. Upon closer inspection, she also added the spectacular Fleur de Paradis head jewel from Boucheron’s forthcoming high-jewelry collection, which includes amethysts, yellow and orange sapphires, and additional pink and violet stones with orange lacquer which created a true, capital-M red carpet moment.
ELLE FANNING: What’s not to love about Fanning’s sugary-sweet heart-shaped diamond collar from Chopard?
TONI GARRN: The model provided an exciting ear candy Cannes red carpet moment with her dramatic diamond Messika by Kate Moss twisted ear cuff.
KAT GRAHAM: A Cannes red carpet favorite, the actress wore a delicate diamond suite of jewels from the Torsade de Chaumet collection inspired by one of the Maison’s most emblematic historical pieces, the famous négligé necklace ordered by the Maharaja of Indore in 1911.
IRIS MITTENAERE: We just adored the French model’s Sarpech brooch from Boucheron’s Histoire de Style, New Maharajahs High Jewellery collection complete with diamond statement earrings and Wladimir, the cat ring, and its 12-carat cushion-cut blue tanzanite.
JOSEPHINE SKRIVER: Skriver gave fellow model Toni Garrn a run for her money with an equally impressive and dramatic ear game courtesy of Messika Jewelry’s Voltige Illusionistes ear cuff paired with a Once Upon A Time Zelda diamond choker.
ROCHELLE HUMES: Can you believe that the British television presenter’s earrings are actually a pair of crystal floral showstoppers by Oscar de la Renta from 4element London which, by the way, can be rented!
EVA LONGORIA: The L’Oreal ambassador sparkled like a disco ball in her Cristina Ottaviano gown and Chopard’s Red Carpet Collection’s triangular cut diamond drop earrings.
AT THE ‘ARMAGEDDON TIME’ PREMIERE:
CINDY BRUNA: Show-stopper necklaces worn down a bareback have been increasingly popular on the red carpet and model Bruna’s Chaumet Promenades Impériales necklace, set with a pear-shaped Padparadscha sapphire of 16.81 carats, is a prime example – worn here with matching earrings.
DEEPIKA PADUKONE: Red hot and resuming her jury duties, the Bollywood star dazzled in a scarlet gown and matching red lip paired with a dramatic high jewelry diamond necklace from Cartier.
JULIA ROBERTS: So many of you thought that this dynamite gem Roberts wore to the Maverick premiere was from Tiffanys! However, the fairminded-certified piece is from Chopard’s new Red Carpet collection and features a remarkable central yellow diamond weighing more than 100 carats.
At the photocall for the Chopard Trophy, Chopard’s “I love Cinema” diamond rose brooch – an ode to Charlie Chaplin’s black and white masterpieces, dressed up Roberts’ streamlined black suit.
ANNE HATHAWAY: Only Anne could pull off this glorious Mediterranean Reverie necklace from Bulgari High Jewellery, which took 1,700 hours to make and features a 107-carat, royal blue cushion cut sapphire.
KAT GRAHAM: Graham switched the diamonds for colored gemstones with Chaumet’s Les Ciels de Chaumet Lueurs d’Orage earrings in white and yellow gold, set with two cushion-cut Imperial topaz, pink morganites, sapphires, onyx, and diamonds.
JASMINE TOOKES: A magical morganite moment appeared on the Cannes red carpet thanks to model Jasmine Tookes and her Boucheron’s Plume de Paon ear clips and rings, set with morganites and rose-cut diamonds, on white gold.

NINA DOBREV: This is our first time seeing the actress at Cannes where Nina wore a very similar version of Messika’s Swinging necklace showcased below. Her necklace featured oval-cut diamonds and brilliant-cut diamonds without the central oval drop detail.
ADRIANA LIMA: Captivating in Chopard Adriana wore the jewelry brand’s latest emerald and diamond lacework surround earrings from their 2019 red carpet collection.
JASMINE TOOKES: Dazzling in an array of diamonds the model wore a pair of Ventaglio earrings from Swiss luxury jeweller de Grisogono.
HAILEY CLAUSON: It was quite a pleasant surprise to see not one but two red carpet costume jewelry features on the amfAR red carpet. Not only did singer H.E.R. wear costume jewels but model Hailey wore Fallon’s Monarch oversized hoop earrings.
