One of the highlights during the 2019 Cannes Film Festival is the amfAR Gala which features some of the best jewels ever to be seen on the red carpet.
DUA LIPA: Now this is ear drama at its best! The singer was our top pick at amfAR with her one-of-a-kind ear cuffs adorned by two stunning pear-cut diamonds and unique high jewelry necklace and ring from de Grisogono.
COCO ROCHA:Â Looking model perfect in her bubblegum pink ball gown Coco sparkled like a diamond in French jeweler Bruma’s gems.
SHANINA SHAIK: We fell in love with model Shanina’s Tatiana Verstraeten Vienne earrings made of sparkling white diamonds, moonstones, and nude iridescent enamel. Did you know that Tatiana was previously a costume jewelry designer at Chanel?
EVA LONGORIA: A vision in white Eva woreTatiana Verstraeten’s Barbara earrings which featured a feather-like drop silhouette encrusted with white diamonds.
KENDALL JENNER: It’s a good thing Kendall pushed her hair back so we could see these stunning one of a kind off shape natural pearl and pink and bronze diamond earrings from Lorraine Schwartz. Kendall also wore a portrait cut diamond ring from the celeb jeweler.
WINNIE HARLOW:Â Sensational colors of green tsavorites, yellow sapphires, and raspberry spinels made up the very colorful and floral suite of high jewelry worn by model Winnie Harlow and created by Faberge from their Secret Garden Collection
NINA DOBREV: This is our first time seeing the actress at Cannes where Nina wore a very similar version of Messika’s Swinging necklace showcased below. Her necklace featured oval-cut diamonds and brilliant-cut diamonds without the central oval drop detail.
ANA BEATRIZ BARROS: Like Dua the Brazalian model also chose to wear an ear cuff. This one we especially love called the Beloved Feather ear cuff from Messika.
ADRIANA LIMA: Captivating in Chopard Adriana wore the jewelry brand’s latest emerald and diamond lacework surround earrings from their 2019 red carpet collection.
JASMINE TOOKES: Dazzling in an array of diamonds the model wore a pair of Ventaglio earrings from Swiss luxury jeweller de Grisogono.
H.E.R.: Like Kendall, the singer showcased several pieces from H&M’s upcoming collection with designer Giambattista Valli which included this bow statement necklace comprised of rhinestones.
HAILEY CLAUSON: It was quite a pleasant surprise to see not one but two red carpet costume jewelry features on the amfAR red carpet. Not only did singer H.E.R. wear costume jewels but model Hailey wore Fallon’s Monarch oversized hoop earrings.

STACY MARTIN: This is the first time we’re seeing these emerald, diamond and green titanium Chopard earrings and we’re presuming that they’re fresh from their 2019 red carpet collection. French actress Stacy Martin paired them with two Magical Setting rings which showcase the jewelry house’s innovative technique of positioning a stone without any visible setting.
IZABEL GOULART: Deja Vu anyone? This Chopard ruby and diamond suite has seen its share of the Cannes red carpet. First Amber Heard wore the earrings, model 
NATASHA POLY: A goddess in gold model Natasha Poly wore Boucheron’s Lierre de Paris earrings and ring set in pink gold and diamonds from the jewelry house’s Nature Triomphante collection.
JOSEPHINE SKRIVER:Â Josephine Skriver made a dramatic entrance on the Cannes red carpet with her diamond and emerald jewels from Flavia Vetorasso. The model gets our award for the best backward necklace at Cannes!! Hands down her best jewelry look at the festival!
ELLE FANNING: Talk about serving a dose of 1950s glamour via Dior Haute Couture! The actress wore a Chopard diamond bracelet on one wrist and the jewelry house’s latest creation an 18-carat white gold diamond watch with two pear-shaped sapphires and no less than 60 carats of diamonds arranged in a delicate lacework pattern on the other.
DAKOTA FANNING: Not to outshine sis Elle Dakota wore a striking suite of light yellow and white diamonds from Chopard’s 2019 red carpet collection that flattered the gold colored silk sash of her gown. A matching watch completed her red carpet look. 
VIRGINIE LEDOYEN: We love a shot of color on the carpet and the French actress did just that with her Chopard red carpet collection earrings set with rubellite, turquoise, diamonds, and tsavorites.
