From the History of Sound premiere to the star-studded amfAR Gala, Days 9 and 10 of the Cannes Film Festival brought the boldest jewelry moments yet. Helen Mirren rocked oversized pearls. Aishwarya Rai turned heads in cascading rubies. And Colman Domingo stole the spotlight with a theatrical ear cuff that practically deserved its own red carpet. Add in a parade of dazzling diamonds, and you’ve got two days of pure high-jewelry spectacle on the French Riviera.
THE HISTORY OF SOUND PREMIERE:

AISHWARYA RAI: We were waiting, and she did not disappoint. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Cannes royalty through and through, arrived in a jaw-dropping bib necklace of cascading Mozambique ruby strands, over 500 carats of them, paired with uncut diamonds, all set in 18k gold. Topped off with Manish Malhotra’s ruby Renaissance statement rings, it was a masterclass in red carpet regality.

COCO ROCHA: Coco Rocha gave us drama the only way she knows how, with pearls and presence. Her Tasaki Cascade Atelier earrings flowed with Akoya pearls, tanzanite, and diamonds, while that signature Balance ring sealed the look in 18k yellow gold perfection.

RENATE REINSVE: The Norwegian actress didn’t just wear diamonds, she wore Louis Vuitton diamonds. That Elegance Necklace? Nine Monogram Star-cut stones, 4.5 carats of precision-cut drama, and a whole lot of red carpet flex. Hands down, our favorite LV Cannes jewelry moment.
COLORS OF TIME PREMIERE:

HELEN MIRREN: Mirren has entered Cannes, and what an entrance. Her Margot McKinney necklace wasn’t just jewelry; it was an event: 241.14 and 109.4 carats of green beryl, a 65.72-carat aquamarine, and baroque Australian South Sea pearls all cascaded in cinematic fashion. And yes, those green tourmaline and 18–19mm Keshi pearl drop earrings were the perfect supporting cast.

CARA DELEVINGNE: Meanwhile, Cara showed up dripping in diamonds, emeralds, and rubies from Hassanzadeh Jewellery, giving major Breakfast at Tiffany’s vibes. But the real question is: who wore it better, classic Audrey or modern Cara? We think Cara.

LADY KITTY SPENCER: Lady Kitty Spencer and her sisters all dazzled in Sartoro Genève Fine Jewelry, but if one had to steal the show, it’s Kitty with her stunning diamond suite from the Éclat collection.

SHU QI: Just a casual white shirt paired with millions in diamonds, only the Hong Kong–Taiwanese actress could pull this off at China Film Night, 78th Cannes. Peek at the collar and you’ll spot Messika’s Fragments of Time necklace, boasting a jaw-dropping 36-carat yellow diamond and a stunning 33-carat white diamond. And that emerald-cut diamond ear clip? Perfection!
AMFAR GALA:

ADRIEN BRODY: Brody without Elsa Jin? Unthinkable. But Fred Jewelry’s Soleil d’Or brooch, capturing the sun’s many shades in a bold, graphic, and modern design, just seemed to be the perfect fit for his super sparkly suit.

COLMAN DOMINGO: See? We told you ear cuffs were hot on the Cannes carpet! From Julia Garner to Jennifer Lawrence, now Colman Domingo’s joined the lineup with a full-on parrot. Yes, that’s Nuri, le Perroquet from Boucheron, perched on his ear, set with yellow beryl, pink tourmaline, garnets, onyx, and a whole lotta diamonds. A top Cannes fave? Easily!

CIARA: Yes, that’s two necklaces you’re seeing! Thought it was just one? Same here. Ciara didn’t come to play; she stacked Messika’s Night Owl and Precious Flow diamond necklaces like a pro, then threw in a Toi et Moi ring with a heart-shaped pink diamond that had us zooming in.

And for her amfAR performance? She saved the knockout punch: Messika’s Divine Enigma necklace, crowned with a cushion-cut yellow diamond. That’s how you headline and shine.

LADY KITTY SPENCER: Lady Kitty Spencer has long been a devoted Dolce & Gabbana girl, client, muse, and ultimate fan. So it was no surprise to see her in a pair of diamond, gold, and possibly green tourmaline earrings from the brand’s lavish Alta Gioielleria collection.
