There are so many events, photocalls and premieres going on during the 2019 Cannes Film Festival that it’s sometimes hard to cover everything. Here are a few of our favorite Cannes 2019 jewelry moments that we missed.
ANJA RUBIK: The model gets our award for best ear cuff at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival. The colored gemstone parrot ear cuff by Boucheron was paired with a Meisa, Chickadee ring set with a tanzanite, paved with diamonds, blue, yellow and black sapphires, tsavorites, onyx and lapis lazuli, in white gold.
LENA MEYER-LANDRUT: The Berlin singer brought drama to the back of her dress with Messika’s Wild Moon necklace that features 20 carats of pear & marquise cut diamonds
JULIANNE MOORE: Our favorite pair of Chopard earrings from their newest red carpet collection were worn by none other than Julianne Moore at The Staggering Girl Photocall. These orchid earrings are comprised of amethysts and yellow diamonds that are set on tinted titanium and feature a central opal globe.
RITA ORA: Rita wore a brilliant collar of diamonds from Chopard to the photocall for MAGNUM x Rita Ora during the Cannes Film Festival week.
TAYLOR HILL: Taylor’s Soir de Fête necklace done in white gold and fully paved with diamonds at the Too Old To Die Young screening reinterprets an iconic heritage piece of Maison Chaumet: the Fuchsias tiara known as Bourbon-Parma, that dates to 1919. 
EVA LONGORIA: Tatiana Verstraeten’s Rain Pearl Fringe earrings graced Eva’s ears at the Alberta Ferretti Cruise 2020 collection.
CATRINEL MARLON: Model Catrinel Marlon wore an impressive diamond and ruby necklace and Chopard Precious pear-shaped ruby earrings at The Whistlers (La Gomera/ Les Siffleurs) screening.
WAN QIAN: Chinese actress Wan Qian arrived on the Cannes red carpet for The Wild Goose Lake premiere wearing Chopard diamond earrings and a very cool grouping of Bernard Delettrez ant brooches. 
TILDA SWINTON: Tilda accessorized her silk suit with Plume de Chanel brooch at the Parasite Cannes screening. The articulated diamond feather is an exact replica of one designed by Coco in 1932.
ZHANG ZIYI: The Chinese actress spotted at Rendez-Vous with Zhang Ziyi photocall wore the same diamond ball earrings as Julianne Moore did at the Rocketman premiere. What we love is the fact that Zhang paired them with Chopard’s Fleurs d’Opales ring. The stunning statement piece is made of white gold 18k, titanium, purple sapphires, amethysts, tsavorites and a black opal of 24.3 carats.
MARION COTILLARD: The actress made an appearance at the Matthias and Maxime Cannes screening wearing a wonderful pair of sapphire and diamond Chopard earrings and five-row marquise shaped diamond necklace.

LILY COLLINS: The actress added some captivating diamond sparkle courtesy of Yeprem to her gorgeous floral billowy dress. We’re loving this jewelry look!
CARA SANTANA: Forever a fan of Alexis Bittar, Cara wore an intriguing pair of geometric coiled cord earrings from the designer mixed with Jennifer Fisher’s gold Haywire cuffs.
MALIN AKERMAN: Malin clearly had some fun when picking out her jewels. The stunning actress wore a delightful Nebula CCW Bar necklace worth around $40,000 from Spinelli Kilcollin. The modern collar necklace features a micro-pave cognac, champagne and white diamond center piece.
KRISTIN CAVALLARI: The E correspondent added a punch of color to her all-white ensemble with her ruby briolette and diamond earrings from Chopard. 
LANA CONDOR: The To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before star also picked to sparkle in Yeprem diamonds. We especially adore her diamond earrings. Simple and chic. 
SAOIRSE RONAN: The Oscar-nominated actress enchanted us at the London premiere of Mary Queen of Scots with her dazzling ruby and diamond jewels. Precious Chopard’s High Jewelry earrings and floral ring were the perfect sparkling embellishments to her high collared and billowly white Herrera gown.
