Lucy Hale vamped it up at the LA premiere of her new movie Truth or Dare last night in Hollywood. The former Pretty Little Liars starlet showcased a dark romantic Victorian vibe for her red carpet look, complete with gorgeous vintage Neil Lane ruby and diamond drop earrings as well as an array of Neil Lane Art Deo inspired diamond rings. On Sunday, April 8th, The Daily Front Row held their annual Los Angeles Fashion Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Celebs like Chrissy Teigen, Paris Jackson and Mena Suvari were in attendance for the star studded event.
EMILY RATAJKOWSKI: We can always count on the model to bring her A- game to the red carpet. Emily, who won Model of the Year, wore diamond, gold and carved jade earrings and a yellow sapphire ring by David Webb Jewelry.

MENA SUVARI: This is not the first time Mena wore tassel dupois earrings from Sachin and Babi to a red carpet event. Although we love the pop of color these vibrant blue tassel earrings give to the all-black outfit, do you not find the earrings overwhelming?
