Sarah mixed things up with not only a solid gold ear cuff but an all diamond one as well from Ana Khouri. Anya meanwhile chose a multi-stone Jemma Wynne ear cuff of white and black diamonds and fresh water pearls and combined it with square aquamarine drop earrings from Effy Jewelry.
