Ciara was the hostess of this year’s Billboard Women In Music Awards which took place on November 27th in California. She was joined by fellow celebs Mary J. Blige, Elle Fanning and Kehlani, who all opted to glitter in diamonds and wear stacks of rings.

CIARA:  Ciara presented the Woman of the Year Award to Selena Gomez.  The singer looked radiant in Vera Wang and wore EFFY jewelry that included diamond stud earrings and a gorgeous array of diamond rings that she stylishly stacked on each hand.ringsringsMARY J.
