STELLA MCCARTNEY: As an industry leader among the fashion elite in sustainability, it was all about the concept of upcycling at the brand’s RTW FW19 collection. Yarn wrapped hoops, tassel earrings made of paperclips and a long necklace comprised of rubber bands, not only reinforced the designer’s environmental efforts, but provided a fun and colorful component to the clothes.

ALEXANDER MCQUEEN: Sarah Burton turned to Alexander’s punk rock roots with the brand’s sleek futuristic metal collars and warrior-esque cuffs. One could not help but notice an array of slim gold and silver hoop earrings travelling gracefully up the models’ ears. Bold linked chains adorned with crystals or twisted in a jumbled mess and scattered with safety pins created necklaces McQueen himself would be proud of wearing.

SACAI: There was only one jewelry component in Sacai’s RTW FW19 collection and that was a magnificient and simplistic golden sculptural ear cuff that creative director Chitose Abe debuted and designed with Parisian jeweler Charlotte Chesnais.

JACQUEMUS: The designer had the most unusual jewels this season. Squares of fabric folded in fours, almonds encased in lucite and leather bound hoops were just some of the quirky takes on the line’s jewels. According to Vogue.com Jacquemus tapped into personal references as well. Earrings were modeled off of his furniture obsessions from 1stdibs or were snap shots of himself and his mother in mini plexiglass frames.

MIU MIU: Designer Miuccia Prada served up a large dose of sparkle for Miu Miu’s SS19 RTW collection in Paris. Asymmetrical fringed rhinestone ear cuffs and necklaces accented with sweet bows were the highlight to the label’s Fifties/Sixties inspired collection.
