LADY GAGA: Gaga kicks off our part two of the best jewels seen at the 2018 Governors Awards. The actress and singer looked radiant in Harry Kotlar’s diamond cluster earrings but we have one issue to nitpick. Gaga’s off the shoulder black voluminous Valentino gown gave her the opportunity to showcase a dramatic diamond necklace which we think would have elevated her overall red carpet look.
KATHRYN HAHN: The Private Life actress wore one of our favourite earrings offered from Beladora Jewelry. These show-stopping Laura Munder chandeliers feature a glorious combination of peach and bright pink sapphires surrounded by diamonds and topped off with a cream pearl! 
CHLOE GRACE MORETZ: Chloe brought a dash of Art Deco to her red carpet outfit with a striking pair of green jade and diamond earrings. The $5950 stunners feature bezel-set cabochon bottoms suspended from diamond set geometric links.
KESHA: Kesha hopped on the feather trend train with her iridescent sequin and pink feathered gown. The singer accented her look with a Roberto Bravo opal and emerald ring, Anne Sisteron moonstone lariat and a pair of Jared Lehr 18k sapphire diamond and morganite earrings (similar to the ones shown below). Our only wish? That we somehow got to see her beautiful earrings behind all that hair.
LAURA DERN: Fernando Jorge Fusion drop earrings in chalcedony graced the ears of Laura Dern. While we love the earrings the color appears washed out against Laura’s skin tone. Perhaps Fernando’s ruby and amethyst verison of the earring would have brightened up Laura’s red carpet ensemble.

KESHA: We have to admit that we can’t wait to see what Kesha wears on her fingers at a red carpet event. The singer wore rings from Child Of Wild which designed the turquoise cuff, Bounkit NYC which created the amethyst bracelet, Stefere Jewelry and Elizabeth Bell. 
HAILEY BALDWIN: The only gold that truly sparkled on Hailey’s red carpet Billboard look was her Hollow Kate hoops and crystal and emerald gold gemstone rings by Jennifer Fisher Jewelry.
ASHLEE SIMPSON ROSS:Â Just like
CAMILA CABELLO: The Havana beauty went for a black and white look with Givenchy. Camila added sparkle to her dress with diamond earrings and diamond bands by Chopard.
JANET JACKSON: The superstar and ICON Award recipient wowed us with her array of gold jewels. Large link gold bracelets and necklace adorned Janet’s neck and wrists. What stood out for us was her oversized hoop earrings. According to her longtime stylist, the singer’s jewels (we presume the bracelets) were from Neil Lane.
HALSEY: The focus was definitely on Halsey’s oversized black and white diamond chandelier earrings from jeweler to the stars Lorraine Schwartz. The singer adorned her fingers with diamond statement rings from Lorraine and bejeweled her feet with Roger Vivier heels which we just had to showcase. 
KESHA: The singer’s ring game was so on point. She complimented her gunmetal beaded Mikael D gown with two floral baubles, which by the way she wore as midi rings- which we loved!, from the ‘Violetta’ collection by L’Dezen. A marquis shaped opal and diamond ring from XIV Karats completed the look. 
EMILY BLUNT: The Mary Poppins star who was on hand for the event in support of her husband John Krasinski adored herself in vibrant green emerald ear studs and a stunning statement ring by Lorraine Schwartz. Sticking with the floral theme of her dress, she added a whimsical gold leaf chain headband as well.
DEEPIKA PADUKONE: Another star to go green with their jewels on the Time 100 red carpet, Deepika chose a stunning pair of emerald and diamond drop earrings from Farah Khan Fine Jewelry. If she does attend, we can’t wait to see what she brings to the
