It was an international guest list that included the likes of Natasha Poly, Nicky Hilton Rothschild, Katy Perry, and Vanessa Hudgens to name a few for the 2021 LuisaViaRoma for Unicef event—a glittering gala that raises funds for Unicef Italia. From jaw-dropping diamond necklaces and ruby chandeliers to whimsical embellished figural pendant earrings a la Dolce & Gabbana courtesy of model Karolina Kurkova, here is your recap of the best jewels from that night.
KATY PERRY: Glam in Pierre Cardin, Perry mixed Buccellati’s $4,100 Retes Pearl short drop earrings with a statement diamond Bloom ring containing 3.29 carats of diamonds from Ortaea Fine Jewellery.
For her performance, Katy wore a dramatic pair of shoulder dusting diamond pearl Raindrop chandelier earrings from London jeweler Anabela Chan.
OLIVIA CULPO: With its cutouts and jagged edges, Cuplo’s Mônot dress demanded a fierce set of diamond jewels! Her Bulgari white gold and diamond Fiorever earrings and matching necklace delivered the shine!
CINDY BRUNA: Did you know Bruna’s diamond pavé necklace was inspired by the paillettes (sequins) of Joan Crawford and the Dolce Vita of the 1950s on Capri? The model had on some of our favorite jewels of the night belonging to the Italian jewelry house Chantecler Capri including her earrings and fistful of rings from their Logo collection.
NICKY HILTON ROTHSCHILD: Nicky’s glittery gown called for a pair of Cat-eye tourmaline, blue topaz, diamond, and moonstone earrings from Faraone Mennella. The Rotismi Planetario earrings retail for a cool $28,700.00
NATASHA POLY: The model chose a delicate suite of jewels from Chaumet’s Laurier collection. The earrings and ring with matching diamond necklace containing 8.63 carats of diamonds in 18k white gold are draped in the reincarnation of the laurel theme, a symbol of immortality.
JESSICA WANG: We can see why Wang is one of Asia’s top fashion bloggers and influencers! Her entire diamond jewelry look from Chantecler is straight out of the likes of Bling Empire meets Crazy Rich Asians.
FRIDA AASEN: The model wore a striking pair of Red Chandelier earrings that featured 8.88 carats of diamonds and 22.15 carats of unheated Burmese rubies from Faidee High Jewelry.
MARIANNE FONSECA: Brazilian swimwear model captivated us with her emerald and diamond drop earrings complete with a two-tier diamond necklace which were both from Hassanzadeh Jewellery.
VANESSA HUDGENS: Like Perry, Hudgens chose several jewelry pieces from Ortaea Fine Jewellery including their Cleopatra ring and Starlight diamond earrings.
KAROLINE KURKOVA: Kurkova provided whimsy to the red carpet with her Dolce & Gabbana crystal-embellished drop earrings. We adore how the model stood out amongst the others with her jewelry look.
SOFIA RESING: Crivelli’s pink sapphire and diamond drop earrings and diamond lariat necklace added just the right amount of sparkle and shine proving that the model’s baby pink look was girlie romance at its finest.
