DWYANE WADE: At first glance, we mistook Dwayne Wade’s accessory for a necklace elegantly draped over his shoulder. But upon closer inspection, it revealed itself to be none other than a watch from Cartier! The Libre Polymorph shoulder jewelry watch, designed to sit on the shoulder, is a masterpiece of yellow gold, quartz, sapphires, emeralds, turquoise, and diamonds.

ANDREW SCOTT: The Netflix’s Ripley star, Andrew Scott, shared with Esquire magazine how his Met Gala look aligns with this year’s dress code, ‘The Garden of Time’.
According to Scott, it was all about the accessories. “We’re doing jewelry from Boucheron. We’ve got these intricately made insect brooches that look incredible – they’ll look like they’ve landed on my shoulder. It’s all very playful.”
Those brooches – a set of bee pins paved with diamonds on yellow and pink gold dating back to 1948 from Boucheron’s private collection.
He confessed to the mag that wearing such fine jewelry does make him anxious. “I have to be really careful – I don’t want to lose any of these insects, or someone to smoosh me thinking there’s a [real] wasp on my shoulder.” At least it would be a story, right?”
He topped his look with a Boucheron Fern necklace, all in yellow gold, from 1956, and gold rings from his mother.
ROSS MATHEWS: E! Met Gala red carpet correspondent Ross Mathews made a bold statement with an array of vibrant David Webb brooches adorning the length of his lapel. With so many dazzling choices, it was difficult to pick a favorite, but the ‘Bird Of Paradise’ brooch stole the spotlight. Featuring a cabochon star sapphire, carved emerald, and ruby leaves, this masterpiece, valued at a cool $128,000, emerged as our top pick.
CHARLIE HUNNAM: Not only is he handsome but he’s right on trend by opting out of the traditional bowtie at the Gala with his combination of a diamond and onyx Art Deco brooch and diamond and pearl platinum necklace, both from Neil Lane Couture.
