The designer known for her iconic preppy fashion took us on an adventure to Italy, Greece and Morocco for her SS19 RTW collection and showed us what the ideal Tory Burch woman would wear while jetting off to the Mediterranean Seas. Gold beaded anchor earrings, fish pendants and prayer beads were joyful reminders of trips to Italy. Greece and Moroccan influences resulted in a delightful mix of bold gold chain cuffs and stacked thin gold bracelets.
JEWELS FROM THE RUNWAY: Givenchy Fall 2018 Couture
If you don’t know who Clare Waight Keller- Givenchy’s newest Couture designer is then let us refresh your memory. She undoubtedly is the biggest celebrity wedding designer of 2018. Why? Because Keller created Meghan Markle’s gown drawn from a 1964 dress photographed in Vogue magazine on Hubert Givenchy’s longtime muse Audrey Hepburn for her wedding to Prince Harry.
There was a lot of pressure as Keller showcased her second Couture collection for the house yesterday in Paris. The designer adorned the models with several silver sculptural pieces of jewelry that included futuristic hand bracelets, headpieces, collars and mobile earrings. Each piece of jewelry had an organic feel and Thierry Mugler vibe to it especially the robotic neck/breastplate collars. Our favorite jewelry piece? Those mobile earrings which will be seen in every magazine come Fall.

BEST JEWELS FROM THE RUNWAY: Comme des Garcons Homme Plus & Alexander McQueen SS19 Menswear Collections
COMME DES GARCONS: We couldn’t take our eyes off the garnish and shiny oversize trophy necklaces that draped the necks of the male models at the SS19 Comme des Garcons runway show. Comprised of eyes, snake and alligator jaws affixed to gold chains it looked like something out of a thriller/ horror movie -JAWS anyone?. ALEXANDER MCQUEEN: Skulls – a reigning McQueen motif were featured alongside transformative symbols like butterflies, beetles, and spiders on the jewels designer Sarah Burton created for the SS19 menswear show. Similar pendants popped up previously at McQueen’s RTW FW18 collection.
