With the 2021 SAG Awards being a virtual affair this year that didn’t stop many celebs from bringing their jewelry A-game to the event. Embracing the chance to dress up, stars like Viola Davis, Kaley Cuoco, and Nicola Coughlan welcomed the chance to shine remotely.
Jewelry trends spotted at this year’s virtual SAG carpet consisted of doubling up your bling à la Helen Mirren and Jurnee Smollett who both wore not one but two necklaces. Amongst the traditional and classic diamond jewels was the presence of more vibrant gemstones like bright green emeralds and radiant rubies. Rings, whether they were dainty and stacked or big and bold were another favorite celeb jewelry trend but the evening’s brightest star were the bolder-than-ever chandelier earrings worn by the likes of Ridley, Levy, and Dandridge.

HELEN MIRREN:Â The Dame has done it again! Mirren pulled off not one but TWO David Webb jewelry looks at the SAG Awards. Her first look comprised of Webb’s faceted Kunzite, diamond, and black enamel Bamboo earrings worth $86,000.
For her second look, Mirren layered up Webb’s $128,000 Stud necklace with coral, collet-set diamonds, and black enamel with their Hot Dog Collar in hammered 18K gold worth $58,000. Matching $48,000 carved coral, collet-set diamond, and black enamel stud earrings topped off her red hot SAG look.
JURNEE SMOLLETT: Mirren wasn’t our only favorite of the night! Smollett’s layering of ruby and diamond necklaces and rings from Bulgari was the highlight of the night.

DAISY RIDLEY: Ridley was the girl with the pearl earring at last night’s SAGs. The English actress wore jeweler Sophie Bille Brahe’s Peggy Opera earrings that featured white freshwater pearls graduating in size. Brahe’s Escargot Perle earrings of soft swirls of freshwater pearls reminiscent of Italian Renaissance jewelry also accompanied her look.
EMMA CORRIN: Corrin’s newly unveiled blonde bob showcased a wonderful pair of 18k white gold and diamond drop earrings from Cartier’s High Jewelry collection.
SARAH LEVY: The Schitt’s Creek star made a bold jewelry statement with her $8,500 14K yellow gold and ruby Triplet earrings from Anne Sisteron which we loved.
GOLDA ROSHEUVAL: The Queen of Bridgerton delighted us with her diamond and ruby Serpenti earrings but the pièce de résistance to Golda’s SAG look was her collar made of diamonds and onyx that resembled black and white piano keys from the Italian jewelry house’s Wild Pop Collection.
KALEY CUOCO: WOW! Cuoco captivated us with her elegant but dramatic Spirit Wind Boucles d’oreilles earrings from the new Kate Moss for Messika collection. Moi et Toi and Wild Noon High Jewelry rings completed her look.
ZOSIA MAMET: We’re awarding Cuoco’s fellow Flight Attendant star Zosia Mamet the award for “Best Ring Game” at the SAG Awards. Her stacks of gorgeous Deco diamond rings and old European collet set drop earrings were all from Fred Leighton.
KATHRYN DRYSDALE: The Madame Delacroix star only needed two jewels- Faberge’s purple and pink sapphire and diamond cocktail rings to accent the Bridgerton’s frilly lavender frock.
VANESSA KIRBY:Â Kirby’s Cartier High Jewelry diamond and ruby earrings and diamond ring were part of the French luxury jeweler’s [Sur]naturel line which debuted in July 2020.
MERLE DANDRIDGE: Making a colorful impact The Flight Attendant star wore Anabela Chan’s emerald, sapphire, and white diamond Starburst earrings ( if you remember Beyonce also wore them in her Black is King visual album)Â alongside rings from Le Vian and Candy Ice Jewelry. Yvan Tufenkjian’s Kliff bracelet rounded out her jewelry look.
AMY ADAMS: Cartier’s edgy diamond and carved beaded emerald earrings and bypass bracelet graced Adams’ ears and wrist as she attended the SAG Awards’ virtual red carpet.
CAREY MULLIGAN: Mulligan hopped on the emerald trend train and wore a statement-making Cartier High Jewelry rock crystal, diamond, and emerald two-finger ring alongside matching earrings.
ANYA TAYLOR-JOY:Â Could Tiffany & Co. be Anya’s good luck charm? Seems like it as the Queen’s Gambit star picked up a SAG award to add to her treasure trove of trophies this season!
She sparkled in Tiffany & Co.’s diamond necklace totaling over 26 carats and a pair of diamond earrings. A selection of diamond rings valued at $850,000 graced her fingers including one emerald-cut diamond ring alone totaling 7 carats!

GILLIAN ANDERSON: Like Anya Taylor-Joy, Anderson stuck with traditional diamond gems. The standout piece? Her 43.11-carat necklace from Chopard’s Green Carpet Collection featuring pear-shaped diamonds set in 18k white gold. She topped off her look with an 18K fair-mined gold and diamond ring from the house’s Precious Lace Collection.
VIOLA DAVIS: Looking like a neon dream, Davis rocked a yellow and white diamond cocktail ring and a pair of chandelier earrings from the Forevermark Black Label Collection which you may remember Lupito Nyong’o wore to last year’s SAG Awards!
KERRY WASHINGTON:Â Effortlessly elegant and giving us major Ester Williams vibes, Kerry looked like a million bucks in her Bulgari diamond and sapphire jewels.
MARIA BAKALOVA:Â With those ruby red lips we can see why the Borat 2 star chose Lorraine Schwartz’s epic ruby and diamond drop earrings to accompany her SAG red carpet look.
CYNTHIA ERIVO: We expected an edgy jewelry look from Erivo and boy did she deliver! Cynthia dripped in Forevermark diamonds from their newest Avaanti collection.
NICOLA COUGHLAN: Did you know that the Bridgerton star’s $43,300 Lea earrings from De Beers are an ode to ancient folkloric beliefs that said diamonds originated in splinters of stars? How romantic! Coughlan topped off her look with De Beers’ fancy yellow-brown and brown diamond rings.
MINDY KALING: Kaling wore over $21,000 worth of David Yurman jewels including the brand’s Starburst triple drop earrings in 18k yellow gold and pave diamonds and Stax statement ring in 18K yellow gold with Tanzanite and diamonds.
The men shone just as brightly as the ladies last night!
DAN LEVY: Kudos to Levy who captivated us with his Cartier floral brooch which features a center set of circular-cut sapphires and pavé-set petals of brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum.
REGE JEAN PAGE: The Bridgerton actor rocked EF Collection’s $550 diamond black enamel huggie earrings which feature 0.02 carats of diamond set in 14k gold.
LESLIE ODOM JR: Rocking a green and purple ombre Berluti suit, Odom accented the psychedelic attire with a massive cocktail ring from Loree Rodkin that features an impressive cabochon pink tourmaline center stone!
