Flowers reigned supreme on day two of the 2023 Cannes Film Festival where Viola Davis wore a delightful orchid brooch on her shoulder, Belgian actress Émilie Dequenne adorned her suit lapel with not one but two flower brooches, and Chinese actress Zhang Yuqi decorated her wrist with a floral themed sapphire and diamond watch.

‘MONSTER’ PREMIERE:
VIOLA DAVIS: Davis brought the flower power to the ‘ Monster’ Cannes red carpet premiere with a gorgeous openwork diamond pave orchid brooch from Chopard that was delightfully tacked to her left shoulder. She topped off her look with a pair of high jewelry diamond earrings,
RAHI CHEDDA: Fashion model and Dior Beauty’s first brown male ambassador looked red hot while wearing a Chance Infinie Crazy 8 necklace of pink gold paved with diamonds and rubellites from Fred Jewelry.
GRACE ELIZABETH: It’s day two and sapphires continue to dominate the Cannes carpet. Case in point – model Grace Elizabeth and her suite of sapphire and diamond high jewelry from Pomellato.
ÉMILIE DEQUENNE: The Belgian actress decorated her earlobes with a pair of Plume de Paon small clip earrings but what caught our eye were the two gorgeous flower brooches on her suit lapel – one of white gold, diamonds, and blue enamel as well as a Flower clip in diamonds both from Boucheron’s private collection.
ZHANG YUQI: Chinese actress Zhang Yuqi certainly made an entrance with her sapphire and diamond high jewelry from Chopard. But if we had to choose our favorite piece of jewelry that she wore, it would have to be the timepiece comprised of blue sapphires and pear-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds assembled into subtle flower garlands that adorned her wrist.
LAURA HARRIER: Bulgari’s black enamel, diamond, and ruby Serpenti high jewelry earrings slithered their way onto the earlobes of actress Laura Harrier.
SOO JOO PARK: Our eyes were immediately drawn to model Soo Joo Park’s emerald-hued earrings from Chopard.
‘LE RETOUR’ PREMIERE:
ROSE BERTRAM: The model may have looked like a million bucks at the ‘Le Retour’ premiere last night but her statement Asymmetric Gothique Drop earrings from APM Monaco were only $472!
VIRGINIE LEDOYEN: We couldn’t miss the French actress’ Cypris, the Swan Question Mark necklace from Boucheron which boasts a 3.59-carat Colombian emerald dangling delightfully from its beak. Virginie also wore the French luxury jewelry house’s Perspective ring that features an 8.02-carat Colombian emerald-cut emerald, paved with diamonds, with black lacquer, on platinum.
