“When you find your soulmate, you don’t just know it. You feel it. 💫 My love & I have been together since our first date, and for my birthday, he arranged a special trip to a tropical paradise. 🏝️ As we walked to dinner along the beach, Carter led us to a cabana adorned with flowers and dropped to one knee. 💍 I said yes, yes to forever ❤️ There’s no one I’d rather spend forever with. ✨ To see more photos of my birthday dream come true, visit ParisHilton.com. Here’s to Love – the Forever Kind 💋”

As for who designed the megawatt carat ring, word has it that the huge emerald-cut sparkler was designed by jeweler Jean Dousset! — the great-great-grandson of famed French jeweler Louis Cartier! Hilton shared a video on her YouTube channel giving fans a sneak peek at the design process behind the gorgeous custom ring ( which they named ‘Paris’) via a hand-painted sketch highlighting the intricate details.Paris Hilton's engagement ringParis Hilton's engagement ring The ring which features two trapezoidal stones flanking the center diamond as well as dozens of smaller stones throughout the intricate setting was inspired by Paris landmarks including the Grand Palais and the Eiffel Tower. FEBRUARY COVERS:Rihanna's jewelry on the February 2021 cover of Essence Magazine Thelma West diamond drop earrings and Michelle Ong for Carnet  bib necklace from Siegelson

Rihanna poses for the February edition Essence magazine photographed by Lorna Simpson. The collaboration between Rihanna and the acclaimed artist is an extension of Simpson’s ongoing project reinterpreting images of Black women who have posed the pages of Ebony and Jet magazines. For the cover, Riri wears Thelma West diamond drop earrings and a stunning diamond collar from Michelle Ong for Carnet. A crown of 19th-century lithographs of crystals is piled on her head – a result of Simpson’s work which recalls the images of women under beauty-salon lamps or donning mountains of curlers to set a hairstyle. The photograph is similar to Simpson’s Earth & Sky #5, #10, #16, and #24 (2016) shown below. Lorna Simpson
