Day five of the 2023 Cannes Film Festival brought forth the premiere of ‘Killers Of The Flower Moon’ and with that came plenty of ear drama on the red carpet in the form of decadent drop earrings from the lobes of Natalie Portman to bold and sculptural ear climbers from the likes of models Irina Shayk, Grace Elizabeth, and Sara Sampaio and actress Cate Blanchett.

SOFIA CARSON: Carson certainly had a jewelry red carpet moment to cherish. Named after legendary actress Sophia Loren, Carson took to the red carpet wearing a necklace the actress not only wore but created with the Italian jewelry brand Damiani. Aptly named the Damiani Sophia Loren necklace, the stunning statement piece is made of 18-karat white gold and 81.02 carats of diamonds and is worth roughly USD 714,580.
SALMA HAYEK: Shockingly enough Hayek didn’t wear any Boucheron jewels but instead wore a gorgeous Gucci Hortus Deliciarium high jewelry diamond necklace complete with a ring in white gold and diamonds with a bold central hexagonal-shaped 14.7-carat tanzanite.
IRINA SHAYK: The Russian model made quite a bold jewelry statement with her Kandake high jewelry pave diamond earrings from Messika’s Beyond the Light High Jewelry collection
SARA SAMPAIO: Another model that brought the ear drama was Sara Sampaio who wore Messika’s Illusionnistes earrings with their Magic Spell High Jewelry choker (which was spotted recently on Rihanna) and their Rockefeller double ring and Ritzy ring.
KIRSTEN DUNST: A luxurious platinum and diamond choker style necklace with 68 platinum collet strands with 306 round brilliant cut diamonds from Cartier graced the neck of actress Kirsten Dunst.
NATALIE PORTMAN: The only jewelry Portman needed to wear with her Dior Haute Couture embroidered tulle Grand Gala gown, which was a special recreation by Maria Grazia Chiuri of the iconic ‘Junon’ dress designed by Monsieur Dior in 1949 was a pair of high jewelry diamond earrings with pear-shaped drops from Chopard.
IZABEL GOULART: Goulart went for the classic red carpet combination of diamond jewels with a red hot dress. This gem so far has won the popular vote amongst the ladies at Cannes. Her striking diamond suite is from Yessayan Jewelry and frames the model’s face beautifully.
LORENA RAE: We simply had to include German model Lorena Rae and her jewels. Her Sous le Soleil necklace with its pear-shaped green tourmaline of 18.26 carats and matching ring comprised of yellow sapphires, green tourmalines, chrysoprase motifs, and diamonds from Chaumet was a breath of fresh air amongst all the glittering diamond jewels on the carpet.
CATE BLANCHETT: A pair of Louis Vuitton Spirit high jewelry Grace earrings of white gold and tsavorite diamonds (similar to the ones pictured here) were spotted on LV ambassador Cate Blanchette’s lobes.
GRACE ELIZABETH: Giving us major Old Hollywood vibes, the model was picture-perfect in a high jewelry Cascade necklace, Calypso ear cuff and Magnetic Love earring, Illusionnistes, and Magnetic Love rings by Messika.
LUCIEN VISCOUNT:Â The ‘Emily In Paris’ cutie adorned his wrist with a Force 10 Winning Spirit bracelet from Monsieur Fred Inner Light high jewelry collection.
